Jameson Irish Whiskey is crafted from a unique blend of grain whiskey and single pot still whiskey, made using a combination of malted and unmalted (“green”) Irish barley—all sourced within a 50-mile radius of the distillery in Cork. The barley is carefully dried in a closed kiln fired by natural gas (formerly anthracite coal), contributing to Jameson’s signature smoothness, balance, and approachable character.
